Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

All digital products sold through Bevoza.com and our other platforms come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, simply email us and we'll process a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Subscriptions

Subscription services (such as NewsAnarchist Premium) can be canceled at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

You retain access through the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Refunds for partial periods are available within the first 30 days

How to Request a Refund

Email steve@chronicinternet.com with:

Your name and email used for purchase
The product or subscription you'd like refunded
Date of purchase

We typically process refunds within 2 business days. Funds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Products that have been substantially used or where the core deliverable has been fully consumed
Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
